Analytics
We collect and analyze statistics and individual cases related to the status of upholding children’s rights
Consultations
We provide legal advice to children in situations where their rights are violated or when doubts arise about their rights being respected
Advocacy
We highlight gaps in the enforcement of children’s rights and promote changes in practices, as well as, when necessary, changes in regulatory frameworks and corporate policies and procedures
Legal Support
We offer legal support (egal advice, representation, advocacy, or any other legal assistance required) in cases when state authorities responsible for ensuring and protecting children’s rights have not fulfilled their function
ABOUT US
Since 2019, we’ve been promoting children’s rights in Ukraine, distributing thematic publications, conducting training and providing legal consultations as part of the childrenrights.info initiative.
In response to numerous violations of children’s rights by state authorities responsible for ensuring them, and recognizing a lack of a legal approach to child protection, we established the civil society organisation “Center for Ensuring Children’s Best Interests “Article 3”.
